Brooke Hayes has grown from Research Analyst to Executive Vice President in her tenure at Povaddo, managing quantitative and qualitative research projects in 60+countries along the way. She has a hand in nearly everything from data cleaning to analysis of massive global data sets and loves nothing more than sifting through the weeds to uncover the larger story. Brooke also enjoys mentoring others and seeing her team succeed, and she takes great pride in having helped to double Povaddo’s headcount since she joined the company.
Before coming to Povaddo, Brooke worked as a quantitative research analyst at H2R Market Research focusing on insights in the travel & tourism industry. Prior to that, she was a CATI interviewer and later a focus group facility assistant, starting at the ground level of both quantitative and qualitative research.
Brooke holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and dance from Missouri State University. Years of experience managing global research, along with growing up in the dance world, have given Brooke a high level of dedication, a keen eye for detail, and (a little too much) perfectionism. She has honed subject matter expertise in the areas of harm reduction and public health, as well as the intersection of public policy and public opinion. She excels at planning and organization, managing a highly productive team of researchers, and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
Brooke is originally from St. Patrick, Missouri. She enjoys yoga, dance classes, and playing with her chocolate lab in her free time.
