Katie Schrik is the Head of People and Culture at Povaddo. In this multi-dimensional role, she is responsible for recruiting, training, onboarding, professional development, policy development, and all matters pertaining to the firm’s talented team of people. Additionally, Katie is continually helping to identify and implement organizational improvements to support Povaddo’s growth strategy while maintaining alignment with the firm’s values and culture.
Before moving into this newly created role in 2020, Katie served as a Vice President at Povaddo and managed key client relationships and a wide variety of research projects. She continues to leverage her in-depth expertise and institutional knowledge to support select clients’ research needs.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University.
Katie is Povaddo’s only team member who was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where the firm is based. Outside of work you can find Katie enjoying a good book and spending time outdoors with her family.
