Maria Gomez is a Senior Research Associate at Povaddo, where she has worked on various qualitative and quantitative public opinion projects for Fortune 500 clients, including multi-country surveys, international polls, and research among hard-to-reach markets such as policy and medical professionals. As a Senior Research Associate, Maria has honed her skills in survey design, fieldwork management, data analysis, and interpretation of results. She is driven by a desire to help clients make informed decisions based on insights arising from data.
Maria obtained her bachelor’s in marketing and a minor in advertising from Lindenwood University where she developed her data analysis and marketing research skills. She built expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies when pursuing (and earning) a master’s of marketing research from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Born and raised in South America, Maria brings a unique perspective to her work, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and a broad-minded outlook. She is routinely called upon to assist with projects involving Latin American markets.
Maria is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and is now based in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a passionate volleyball player and a soccer fan.
